For thousands of years the ConFed has been the most powerful force in the quadrant. It is the umbrella under which hundreds of planets and trillions of beings live in relative peace ... despite the corruption and waste, it's a system that most accept as preferable to the chaos that would ensue in its absence. Rumors have swirled around about the demise of the ConFed for as long as Jason Burke had been in space, a lone human among countless alien species. He largely ignored them ... until now. For the first time since any of the members of Omega Force can remember, someone may have figured out how to destroy the ConFed without directly engaging its powerful military. As one crewmember's past seems connected to the current trouble, Jason must decide what side of the fight he's on ... let the ConFed die and plunge the quadrant into chaos, or swallow his pride and try to help an institution he despises maintain its power for the greater good.
Omega Force Revolution Volume 9 Joshua Dalzelle Books
I am amazed at the continued quality of these books. Most books that reach this many in the series have become lopsided; either the main character is ridiculously overpowered, or every decision he is making just has no basis in common sense. I love these books because every story I can see why the MC makes the decisions, and the universe is well balanced. The pacing is so close to perfect it might as well be considered so, I can't stop reading them, I love this series.Product details

Omega Force Revolution Volume 9 Joshua Dalzelle Books Reviews
Joshua Dalzelle continues his fine work with the Omega force team, this time we find out about the background of Lucky - a battlesynth who will is loyal to the crew but deadly when he is in battle.
I love this collection of books - although each can be read individually - they are best if you read them in order. If you are new to this series - try the omnibus edition (it contains the first three books) trust me - it is well worth the read.
This book in the Omega Force series was as always great, sucks you in and you can't put it down until you are done. Fast paced, funny and emotionally serious at the same time. The action s good as always. Now to hold my breath while I wait to see what happens next!
I've finished reading the complete series TWICE a while back and do not appreciate at all having to wait and wait for book 10, where hopefully Lucky will reappear.
I urge you to quit slacking of short of a decent semi conclusion of the OF series by getting too wrapped up on new series or books.
Have a little more compassion for your suffering readers ( I'm sure that many of them share my thoughts).
Thanks, Joe
Best, Best, and Best of all the OF books so far!!! Joshua really nails these stories. Each one is fresh and original. There's no formula that becomes dull after the first few. They just keep getting better. This one, OF9, had a major serious twist in the story that the author says will lay the ground work for a spin off or two. I can't wait!
I love the blending of characters with their own special nuances tucked into a galaxy expanding super burrito. The characters have become old friends that fight, laugh, and struggle through understanding not only themselves but each other as well. Reminds me of the bonds I formed while in the service. Plenty of action (just don't ask for Crusher's opinion) and humor intermingled with two new mystery elements that kept me reading past my bedtime.
The only downside is that I can't put the books down! Which is compounded by the slightly annoyance that I have to wait for the next one.
I have thoroughly enjoy this book. Omega Force has been one of those series than I always have looked forward to as a enjoyable read. This was better and the new changes with Earth suddenly showing up in space with advanced technology and the some of the bad guys not the real bad guys. Top that with what happens to lucky and who called Jason and taunted him. I will be waiting for the next book and be hoping the spinoffs are as good.
For once we get a story on one of the more intriguing and interesting characters from OMEGA force. Lucky. We get to know his origins and then we see the group get sucked into another scheme involving Lucky and his kind. Since this is a series you will obviously read this entry if you have read the previous eight. The only reason not to would be if the quality of the story was lacking or if there were signs of things going stale. On the contrary, the story continues to grow in interesting directions. The Author has done a good job to keep things moving and the background interesting for readers.
